Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
The item is defective or damaged.
There was an error in the order.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos.
⚠️ Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as production begins immediately.
Design & Copyright
All JAST DECOR designs are copyright-protected.
Designs may not be copied, resold, or modified for resale.
Custom Orders & Personalization
JAST DECOR accepts custom and personalized orders.
⚠️ Important: Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.
Please double-check all details before submitting a custom request.
Customs Fees & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping costs.
⚠️ If no print provider is available in your country, your order will ship from the nearest available location, which may result in additional customs fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered, JAST DECOR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
